About Us
Atlanta Leadership Consulting is a talent management consulting firm composed of experienced consultants with decades of experience in talent management, leadership development, and executive coaching. Our consultants are connected to vast networks of similarly skilled professionals, allowing us to scale up our expertise to support large projects within Atlanta and across the rest of the world.
We work with numerous clients. From smaller firms of less than 100 people to Fortune 500 companies, Fortune 50 retailers, and several non-profits. While this work often involves consulting and “technology transfer” with human resources, talent management, and organizational development staff members, we also work with senior executive teams on strategic human capital issues and do a great deal of executive coaching.
